        Dragon Technology Solutions is a Wisconsin-based information systems consulting firm comprised of professionals experienced in all phases of the IT project life cycle. Most of our consultants have degrees in Computer Science or Engineering with 10-20 years of information systems experience. We deliver custom-built e-business, client/server, Internet, Intranet, and enterprise solutions to governments and private organizations.

        Dragon Technology Solutions was founded by Jane Huang in 2003. Ms. Huang was quickly awarded a contract from a Fortune 100 company to develop a complex financial tax system in partnership with a well established IT consulting firm. She has nearly 20 years of IT consulting and software design/development experience for state government and private companies in insurance, financial, automotive, pharmaceutical, and packaged software industries. She completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Master of Science in Computer degrees which provided her a solid foundation for her information technology consulting career. In addition, she also finished several management, accounting, marketing and finance classes that provide her better understanding of business and management. Furthermore, Jane is fluent in both Chinese and English.

        In addition to the founder, Dragon Technology Solutions has several other highly-experienced IT consultants on staff. Most have over ten years of IT experience with a broad knowledge in project management, database design, system architecture, and Internet/Intranet applications development.
